Decided it was worth it to skip Marketing and Genetics.

I have never doubted that decision.

So my parents were so generous to fly us out to see them this summer in Minnesota. We had a blast exploring Minnesota. My parents are building their own lakefront house right now, and it was fun to see the plans and progress. Heading up to my grandpa's lake cottage was also a blast! There's nothing quite like skiing!

Some pictures up South Fork, some in SLC at the Cannon's, and the last two when we camped in Moab. I'd like to get back to Moab sometime and do an actual photo shoot. It's a pretty incredible place, and we had a blast!

While I don't feel like I progressed with my photography much this summer, I did take a couple pictures while doing other stuff. This set is one of the times we went camping with our church. I'm glad I brought my camera b/c I am not the biggest fan of socializing when there are tons of people.

MOAB

Spent last weekend in Moab and had a blast! Friday night we camped out on a "dry peninsula", jutting into and overlooking two large canyons. Just a beautiful place.

I tried making some HDR images out of a couple of these (the ones that have "Photomatix" logo on it). The colors are a lot more vibrant on my computer, but they don't upload well. Oh well. The last one of is of Libby, finishing up a nice climb on Podash Rd.
