So my parents were so generous to fly us out to see them this summer in Minnesota. We had a blast exploring Minnesota. My parents are building their own lakefront house right now, and it was fun to see the plans and progress. Heading up to my grandpa's lake cottage was also a blast! There's nothing quite like skiing!

Those were great pictures Mark. I have never seen the cottage so it's fun to get an idea. When Finn is born will you take some pictures of him for us?? You have a great eye for seeing things. I also need a tutorial on our camera. Maybe sometime this weekend? btw - Ry is so stoked about our tripod. Thanks for helping us with that - without your influence I'm pretty sure we would be tripodless for a long time. It's just hard to know which one to get! I'm excited too. I just need to feel more empowered about the whole taking pictures process.
